Touchdown Wings

Let's put out a platter of these crispy wings to kick off our next Bowl game. Oh - don't forget lots of napkins!
What You'll Need
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 pounds chicken wings (see Note)
What to Do

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat 2 large rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine butter, onion soup mix, and cayenne pepper; mix well.

Place the chicken wings on the baking sheets and spoon the butter mixture evenly over them.
- Bake 20 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until no pink remains and the wings are crispy.
