Herb Roasted Pork Chops

Have you been looking for a light and healthy way to prepare pork chops? Here's a recipe for Herb-Roasted Pork Chops that is so good - and good for you!

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 15 min

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops (6 ounces each), well trimmed
  • Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
     
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the lemon juice, scallions, garlic, rosemary, and pepper. Dip each pork chop into the lemon juice mixture, coating completely, then place in the baking dish. Lightly coat chops with cooking spray.
     
  3.  Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
