What You'll Need

  • 2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with melted butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until evenly coated. Spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until seeds are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
