The ingredients in this Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dressing all blend together for a smooth burst of flavor that the whole gang will enjoy... good enough to eat with a spoon!

Preparation Time: 5 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
What To Do:
  1. Pulse all ingredients In a blender 5 or 6 times or until smooth.

Notes

This dressing goes great with cucumber salad. Just combine gourmet salad greens, diced cucumbers, and a sliced red onion.
