Peas to Perfection

OOH IT'S SO GOOD!! Cilantro, ginger, and cumin bring lots of flavor to this family-pleasing side dish. Your family will never want plain ol' peas again!

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 10 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sweet green peas
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
What To Do:
  1. Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.

  2. Add peas and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until peas are tender, stirring often.
