What You'll Need

  • 1 (11-ounce) package refrigerated French loaf bread
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll bread dough into rectangle. Spread jam over dough and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Roll up dough, starting at short side. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden. Let cool on a wire rack at least 1 hour.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice, stirring until smooth; drizzle over loaf. Slice and serve.
