What You'll Need

  • 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 (32-ounce) package frozen potato tots
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Place potato tots on top.
  4. Bake 35 minutes, then top with cheese and bake 5 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Absolutely Delicious! Thanks for providing such delicious recipes for using up some of the many potato tots a friend gave to us last month, have found the best recipes for them here! ( I 'tweaked' recipe a bit by using drained plain yogurt in lieu of the sour cream added finely chopped clove of fresh garlic to the soup before baking) . Ooh So Good! Thanks!
