Enjoy the taste of a peanut butter cup...in a popsicle! How come nobody ever thought of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups before?!

What You'll Need:
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 6 5-ounce paper or plastic cups
  • 6 non-toxic wooden craft sticks
What To Do:
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch. Whisk in milk and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture begins to simmer. Continue stirring 2 minutes, or until mixture is thickened.

  2. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts; mix well.

  3. Divide mixture evenly into cups; place a craft stick in center of each, and freeze at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  4. Tear paper cup off pop or gently remove plastic cup to serve.

Finishing Touch: Serve as is, or decorate with fun sprinkles before freezing.
