Do you use the pudding mix dry

Yes! The pudding mix is used dry. Enjoy!

Horrible thing happened. I lost the recipe and had to search all over for it!!!!

AwWWwwwwwwwwww Yes, yes, yes. Bought crushed pineapple today because it was BOGO!! How lucky is that!!!! Gunna soon make for company!

I have made a potluck dessert similar to this one before using strawberries, jello, cream cheese, and a pretzel crust. I had great results and it was a big hit at the party. I can't wait to try this tropical variation - it looks very fresh and summery! It seems like it would taste sort of like a pineapple dreamsicle!

This is really good! It's a refreshing treat on a hot summer day. A few people have told me they think it's very rich. I usually cut it into 18 or 24 pieces, making sure everyone knows they can have more. I have some younger grandchildren who don't care for the crust and cream cheese layers, so I double the pineapple-orange mixture and keep half for those who only want that part. I've also made this with different crusts (pie, puff pastry, Graham crackers), but the saltiness of the pretzel crust is a terrific contrast to the other layers.

I dont like pretzels,so Id make a graham wafer crust..
