The simple, spicy-sweet sauce really enhances the smoky pork- with just three ingredients!

Serves: 6

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 12 min

What You'll Need:
  • 6 (1-inch thick) boneless smoked pork chops
  • 1 (14-ounce) can dark, sweet pitted cherries
  • 1 cup hot jalapeno jelly
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Place pork chops on grill rack; grill, covered, 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer to a serving platter.

  2. Bring cherries, jelly, and if desired, coriander to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops.
