Mr. Food introduces Thanksgiving Feasts, latest release in free Mr. Food eCookbook series

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Fort Lauderdale, FL (November 16, 2010) — Ginsburg Enterprises Incorporated, producers of the nationally syndicated Mr. Food TV show, and Internet media company Prime Publishing, LLC announce the next installment in the free Mr. Food eCookbook series, just in time to help with Thanksgiving dinner planning.

Mr. Food Thanksgiving Feasts is the fourth in a series of “electronic cookbooks,” also known as eCookbooks, that can be downloaded by users at no cost from the Mr. Food Web site, MrFood.com.

“As novice and experienced cooks alike plan their Thanksgiving menus, the time is right for the release of this free eCookbook,” says Caryl Fantel, MrFood.com site editor. “As with all Mr. Food recipes, these Thanksgiving-themed recipes are easy, practical, and use readily available ingredients.” Fantel went on to describe that Mr. Food Thanksgiving Feasts contains “40 no-fuss recipes for everything from Crab Spread, Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing and other meal-starters to Sweet Potato Biscuits, Holiday Stuffing, Apple Glazed Turkey, Deep Fried Turkey and Sherry Glazed Ham to Chocolate Pecan Pie, Creamy Pumpkin Mousse, and other decadent desserts. That’s not all! We’ve included Crunchy Turkey Bake, Turkey Cranberry Pitas and more easy recipes for using Thanksgiving leftovers to help with meal planning and budget stretching.”

The Mr. Food eCookbook series is one of the many features found at the MrFood.com Web site launched by these two media companies earlier this year. An eNewsletter, Mr. Food blogs, food products including traditional cookbooks, and many more offerings can be found there, along with a large database of food-related information plus quick and easy recipes, for which the Mr. Food brand is well known.
