What a great way to enjoy the crunchy goodness of granola. Indulge yourself!

What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
What To Do:
  1. Coat an 8-inch-square baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and raspberry jam, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of prepared baking dish.

  3. Refrigerate about 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Notes

Don't have raspberry jam? No problem -- use whatever flavor jam you have on hand!
