When the gang butters you up to make these Beer Rolls, don't tell them they're so easy that you have a barrel of fun baking them!

What You'll Need

  • 4 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) can beer

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
     
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon equally into prepared muffin cups.
     
  3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm, or allow to cool slightly then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Note

It's so simple to make our Beer Rolls and keep 'em handy in the freezer in a resealable plastic storage bag. Then you can just pop 'em in the microwave or toaster oven to warm before serving.
