PB & Chocolate Pan Cookies

Can you believe these delicious Peanut Butter & Chocolate Pan Cookies only require 6 ingredients? The trick is in the baking mix.

Makes: 2 Dozen

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 20 min

What You'll Need:
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1 (12-ounce) package dark chocolate chips, divided
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Stir together peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl.
     
  2. Stir brown sugar into peanut butter mixture until combined. Add baking mix and 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips, stirring just until moistened. Spread mixture on a lightly greased 10-inch by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.
     
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, and sprinkle evenly with remaining 1-1/4 cups dark chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes or until chocolate melts. Spread or drizzle melted chocolate over top of cookies. Cut into triangles, bars, or squares.
Notes

Leave the electric beater in the cabinet-you can mix this dough with a spoon for a treat that combines everybody's favorite flavors-chocolate and peanut butter!
