Serves: 6

Preparation Time: 8 min

Cooking Time: 20 min

What You'll Need:
  • 6 (6-ounce) halibut or other whitefish fillets (1-inch thick)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place fish I fillets in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Combine lime juice, sour cream, and parsley, stirring well; pour over fish. Sprinkle with lime rind.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Grated lime rind adds pretty flecks of color and hints at the flavor of these fish fillets drenched with a lime juice-spiked sour cream sauce, so be sure to grate the lime before juicing it.
