Hope someone can help with this question, what can I use instead of sweetened condensed milk? Substitute ideas anyone? Hope to make these today but that's the only ingredient I don't have on hand. These sound 'Oh so good' for a hot summer day! Thanks Test Food Kitchen.

Sorry, Vondie! We don't know of any substitutes for sweetened condensed milk. This recipe requires it.

very good but my 83 yr old Mom wants to know why it is called cheesecake when I didn't use any cream cheese?

Hey there, we're so glad you enjoyed this dessert! We named this recipe No-Bake Lemonade Cheesecakes, because most cheesecakes are refrigerated with a smooth and creamy consistency - just like this dessert. :)

I followed the recipe and it was PERFECT! I only used blueberries on top. Quick and easy to make. Light and delicious. GREAT summer dessert!

I used the premade spongecake shells (like for strawberry shortcake) instead of the graham cracker shells. Its less expensive and lighter. I also did just a bit of lemon zest on top to "pop" the flavor of the lemonade. A sprinkle of toasted coconut or granola gives it a nice crunch.

where so you find graham tart shells

The grocery store has them near the large graham cracker crusts.
