What You'll Need:
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cooked chorizo sausage, chopped
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spoon salsa evenly into prepared baked potato shins, then sprinkle with cheese. Top with chorizo sausage and bake 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
