Crispy Pepperoni Chips

Not all snack chips are created equal! These crispy pepperoni chips are like having the taste of a warm, oven-fresh pizza in every bite! Don't believe us? Just give 'em a try!
What You'll Need
- 1 package (3-ounce) package sliced pepperoni (see Notes)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Place two sheets of paper towels one on top of the other in the microwave oven. Arrange pepperoni slices in a single layer on the paper towels, in batches if necessary. Sprinkle the pepperoni with the cheese.
- Microwave at 70% power for 1 minute, until the pepperoni is crisp. Let cool, then serve.
Notes
Use the larger, slicing type of pepperoni to make an even bigger crispy treat!

I know a lot of kids that would like pepperoni chips! But can they be made in the oven instead of the microwave? The temperatures of microwaves vary quite a bit and my microwave makes things tough before they get crisp. I'll just have to give it a try in the oven!
