Shrimp Diavolo

Why is this called 'diavolo'? Because it's devilishly spicy! Go ahead - enjoy it. After all, there's a llittle devil in all of us!
What You'll Need
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails left on
What to Do
- In a microwave-safe 9" x 13" baking dish, combine all the ingredients except the shrimp; mix well then stir in the shrimp.
- Microwave at 80% power for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the shrimp are no longer pink, stirring halfway through the cooking.
