Honey Pecan Chicken Breasts
Cereal and pecans make up the crunchy topping for these chicken breasts that are dipped in a honey-soy sauce mixture. Easy, quick, and delicious?my kind of recipe.
What You'll Need:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
cup crushed cornflakes cereal
3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
What To Do:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine soy sauce and honey in a shallow bowl; set aside. Combine cornflakes and pecans in another shallow bowl; set aside.
- Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in soy sauce mixture; dredge in cornflake mixture, pressing mixture onto chicken, if necessary. Place chicken breasts on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
