Apple Pan Betty

Five ingredients plus a little skillet action equals the easiest, most delicious recipe you've ever tried! This Apple Pan Betty is a great, quick weeknight dessert. It would even make a great breakfast or brunch dish!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 large tart apples, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups French bread cubes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
What to Do
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in apples and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in bread cubes, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until bread is warmed. Serve immediately.
