my graham cracker crusts are always chewy. Does that mean I over cook them?

Over baking would actually make the crust dry and crumbly. We've never heard of crust getting chewy, so unfortunately we can't help in this instance.

When ever I make pie crust it just crumbles! Any suggestions??

Joanne45 - who's pie crust are you trying to get?? -- i'd appreciate to try anything - I am not good at making crusts - i should hsve watched my grandmother make her crusts w/lard - they were to die for!!!

Recipe for Graham Cracker Pie crust is great. I do have a question is there a way to keep the crust from breaking up while trying to serve. My crust just fell apart while getting it out of pie pan no matter how gentle I was.

Did you try pressing it firmly in pie plate that should help I always use the back of a spoon to press it in
