Strawberry Cream Dip

For a quick and healthy snack, nothing fits the bill like fresh fruit. And when you cut it up and serve it with this dip, nobody can resist it.

Preparation Time: 5 min

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) Neufchâtel cheese (light cream cheese), softened
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the yogurt and strawberry jam and continue beating until smooth. Cover and chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.

    Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
Notes

Serve this with fresh-cut chunks of cantaloupe, honeydew, or pineapple, apple slices and whole strawberries...it all works! And you can also substitute your favorite flavor jam or preserves for the strawberry jam.
