Acorn and Butternut squash are both sweet and fiberous. I bake mine in the oven or micro. I spray with butter or butter spray and sprinkle cinnamon and organic brown sugar (15 cal per t.) In fact this is the only sugar I use now. I use 1/4 t = 1 reg t sugar. I enjoy the squash all summer and fall. Just like pumpkin pie. : ) Fills your sweet tooth.

Even better-cut in half, take out seeds and fill with applesauce and raisins..bake at 350 til done..approx 45 min

Great idea! Another way to serve it is to leave the squash cut in half, add butter and syrup and bake the squash cut side up.

Very tasty and easy too! Good for you.

This was very good and very easy! I will make it again in the future for sure.

I wish you had the nutrition info for your recipes. Like calorie fat and fiber would be great

I agree with you

This proves you don't need a lot of ingredients to make a tasty side dish. Yummy.
