Ravioli Pesto Pie

Part ravioli, part pizza, part casserole? It's all pie! And it's like an Italian buffet in one dish.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 35 min

What You'll Need:
  • 1 bag (20 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) pesto sauce
  • 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounces pepperoni slices (about 25 slices)
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
What To Do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.

  2. Boil the ravioli according to the package directions; drain.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the pesto, pimientos, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices. Add the ravioli and toss until evenly coated. Place in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate and top with the mozzarella cheese.

  4. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the ravioli is heated through.
Notes

Go ahead and use your favorite ravioli. They can be filled with meat, mushrooms, or even pesto.
