What You'll Need
- 1 pound turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 4 large croissants
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except croissants; mix well.
- Cut croissants in half horizontally and place turkey salad on the bottoms. Replace tops and serve.
