This strikes me as a really nice side dish, but it's missing a couple of elements to make it into a complete meal. I like the idea below of serving it with some chicken breasts. Sliced ham would also be a good option, as would some nice juicy hamburger steaks. I'd definitely recommend looking at the broccoli recipe referred to in the notes. That would make a nice complement to the dinner.

Didn't have the flavor I thought it would. If I make this again, I'd be sure to add more/different spices to it to give it a little more "spiciness".

I have made this recipe for years, and it ALWAYS turns out great.

I test my recipes out on the neighbors and they vote either a keeper or not a keeper. Definitely a keeper!!!

this is dinner tonight with garlic bread and salad...yummy

this was great hubby wants me to make it again. was a big hit. thanks Mr. Food

maybe some garlic bread go side aswell salad

yummy is right....this is a great weeknight recipe, and as it was suggested, grilled chicken breasts, or any chicken pieces will go just great with this recipe.....I believe you have a winner here, and IT'S OOH SO GOOD!

Not to be rude, but . . . "it's a winner" and "OOH SO GOOD!" and you only give it 3 stars? I don't know . . .

Sounds good!! Think I will add some grilled chicken breast. Sounds yumm with these fresh herbs.
