Will make this one. I also dust my pan with cocoa powder when I make a chocolate cake. I like to add a little cinnamon to chocolate cake recipes. I have to make a cho cake for our birthday luncheon next month. This will be it.

While I'm not an accomplished baker, I do enjoy these recipes and find them easy to follow. My question is, could I make this in a loaf pan(s) instead of a bundt pan ?

The answer to my question is yes... it made two loaves and I took them out after about 50 minutes. I also used vanilla pudding instead of chocolate. It fell after I took it out of the oven but that's okay, it tastes great !

I thought this great. I discovered 1 tablespoon instant coffee in the water. I always a bit of coffee to chocolate desert recipes. I did use the 12 cup additional sugar and did not think too sweet. I used Crisco to grease pan and dusted the pan with the dry pudding mix rather than white flour. Looked great.

This recipe does NOT NEED AN EXTRA HALF CUP OF SUGAR! Made it way too sweet. Perfectly fine without it. I mean, look at the recipe! Cake mix? Pudding mix? Chocolate chips? MORE sugar? Really?

This was by far one of the best pound cakes I've ever tasted. I'm not even a huge fan of chocolate, but this cake was so moist and delicious I even went back for seconds. I love all the chocolate chips inside too!

I made this tonight, it was quick, easy and by far the best cake I have tasted in a while. I served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I think this would also be good if you used a yellow cake mix with vanilla pudding, white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, sorta like the girl scout cookies.

This cake is great! I also do it with chocolate cake mix of some type and 12oz of chocolate chips for a triple chocolate cake.
