What You'll Need
- 3 cups (1-1/2 pints) vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (15-ounce) can 100% pure pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
What to Do
- In a blender, blend all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately.
Note
Why not give this a really festive finish by topping each serving with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a few pieces of candy corn?
