What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 bottle (32 oz.) prepared spaghetti sauce
What to Do
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and saute vegetables in garlic until golden. Add parsley and spaghetti sauce and let it heat through.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
