Spanish Sauce

Tired of plain, ol' spaghetti sauce covering your noodles? Switch up your traditional spaghetti sauce recipe by adding a Spanish twist. Your pasta - and your family - will thank you!

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 bottle (32 oz.) prepared spaghetti sauce

What to Do

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and saute vegetables in garlic until golden. Add parsley and spaghetti sauce and let it heat through.
  2. Serve over cooked pasta.
