Looking for a little something to serve or for a bring-along to another gathering? These mini Cocktail Bundles are a twist on "pigs in a blanket", but even easier. You'll look like you fussed, but only you'll know it was a cinch.

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (16-ounce) package cocktail franks
  • cooking spray

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spread honey mustard evenly over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into six even strips. Roll a cocktail frank in each strip and place seam side down on a baking sheet.

  3. Lightly coat the tortillas with cooking spray and bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated through and golden.

Notes

Dipping is the best part, especially when these are served with a honey mustard dipping sauce.

First of all, not everyone uses pkg food and homemade tortillas are so much better and Do have to be cooked first! Second...Rolling cocktail sausages in wedge cut tortillas would be prettier and easier. Lay the sausage at the wide end and roll to the point. Simple and fast! Love naivete.

Poor Mr Food! He has the most-shall we say-"naive" followers I've ever seen on a cooking site! Apparently they don't get his TV show and can't fathom recipes...

If you bake the Tortiallas first you won't be able to cut them because they are no longer pliable, they will just crack. As far as the "Wedges" how will you wrap them around the Cockail Franks? lol doesn't make sense

read the directions again--you cut them before baking.

Cut the tortillas into wedges and then wrap them around the frank. Then yiou bake them as instructed.

I think cutting the tortillas into wedges, rather than strips, sounds easier and prettier.

I think I would use BBQ sauce instead of the mustard. will try this

I would think that it would be easier to roll all of the tortillas, bake them & THEN cut & divide them up. No. - cllM
