This sounds pretty tasty, and I plan to try it very soon for a quick and no-fuss supper, served with a huge salad. I agree with a few others, that it needs some chopped pimentos added into it. Also, where do you get 6 servings out of this recipe?....(unless you're feeding '6' (5 yr. olds!) Most adults will eat (at least) one entire English Muffin, if not another half. I'd definitely double this recipe if I were making it for 3 people.

I must retract the last sentence of my post. I meant to say, "I'd definitely double this recipe of I were making it for 6 people". Sorry 'bout that!

I used to make this with cream of mushroom soup, without the sour cream. Agree that it should have chopped pimentos. Good memories, will have to make again!

Recipe is good, but you have to add pimentos!!

If I'd like to put this over rice instead....what kind? Just regular white?

Sure. You can put it over any kind of rice you'd like. Enjoy!

I have made this, it's good, and one time I didn't have sour cream and used plain yogurt and it was just as good.
