So you love turkey sandwiches, huh? So do I! But every so often I like to jazz them up, and this sandwich does it for me.

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup mild salsa
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

What to Do

  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick vegetable spray. Add the turkey and brown over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the turkey. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients except the buns; simmer until warmed through, about 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the toasted buns and serve immediately.
