On your mark, get set, grill! With the big flavor and these tender chops, everybody will come racing to the table!

What You'll Need

  • 1 package (1.2 ounces) dry Caesar dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 veal chops (8- to 10-ounces each)

What to Do

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing mix and oil. Coat both sides of the veal chops with the mixture and grill the chops for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once during the grilling.

Notes

To make these extra fancy, try squeezing the juice from a lemon over the chops right before they come off the grill.

This recipe was amazing! I don't eat veal, so instead I used deli salami. As I was using precooked luncheon meat, I decided to go with mustard instead of the Caesar dressing mix and a crusty french loaf in place of the olive oil. This was one of your better recipes. Mr. Food! Well done!
