Pecan pie lovers, rejoice! Now you can get your favorite taste in bar cookie form. That's right, these little wonders taste just like bite-sized pecan pies!

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place crescent dough in prepared baking pan, pressing into bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of pan. Press to seal perforations in dough. Bake 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over crust.
  4. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool; cut into bars.

These were so easy and delicious. All the Pecan pie lovers in my family loved them.

I made these yesterday and they are very good

The ingredients didnt mention what size egg to use:sm,med,lrg

Long-standing convention says eggs are always "large" unless otherwise specified.

I made these the other day and they are delicious. It says to put the dough up 1/2" up the sides, but it left too much crust on the outer edge. And dumb me, I put everything in the filling except the egg. It was sitting right in front of me and I just overlooked it! However, it still turned out delicious and thanks for the recipe. Next time I won't be do dumb and will add the egg, I am sure it will make a difference. :)
