What You'll Need

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar caramel topping
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  3. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes about 1-inch apart all over top of cake. Pour caramel topping into holes and spread evenly over top of cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.
