Raspberry Cloud

Raspberry Cloud

Berries and whipped cream, what's not to like?! Raspberry Cloud only uses 5 ingredients, only takes 5 minutes to whip up, and has an easy clean-up - again, what's not to like?!

What You'll Need

  • 3 pints raspberries (see Note)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

What to Do

  1. Spoon raspberries evenly into 6 dessert glasses.

  2. Combine whipping cream and remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon cream mixture over berries, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can usually substitute berries in simple dessert recipes such as this one, so feel free to use what's in season. Sliced strawberries would be great here, or try any combination of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries - the possibilities are endless!
