Splash on a taste of the Mediterranean with our simple Greek Dressing. It's your ticket to the Greek Isles without leaving home.

What You'll Need:
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
     
  2. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

I add a small onion chopped very fine to mine. Yes the dressing will keep several days in refrigeration. Do not use dressing until you plan to eat the salad.

What pasta

I suspect that it should keep like most things for three days in the refrigerator, but the pasta may become soggy.

how lonf does it keep in the fridge?
