This is the best coconut shrimp recipe. It always gets rave reviews. Question.would this be good cooked in an air fryer. If so, temp and time, please.

I love this recipe since you can fry up the shrimp in a regular pan instead of having to get out the deep fryer. (and clean it afterwards) It cooks very quickly, so it is great for a busy week night meal. When making a lot of these, just stick each batch in a 225 degree oven to keep hot while the rest cook. I like these with sweet chile sauce.

My favorite dipping sauce for this is what they serve at Outback, some kind of citrusy, spicy stuff. I have also made my own spicy apricot dip. I can't stand that dip at Red Lobster. Dipping sweet coconut into super-sweet pina colada? Yuck! LOL

My favorite sauce to dip coconut shrimp is just orange marmalade mixed with cream cheese.

We would suggest either a store bought duck sauce or mustard sauce. The other option is to make a homemade orange marmalade sauce, here is the recipe; 1/2 cup orange marmalade 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper Combine in a saucepan and simmer until melted. Enjoy!

This sounds better than Red Lobster dipping sauce. There's has a bite to it I have a very sensitive mouth. I think they may add a bit of horseradish to there's but I like yours better

This was excellent. I have been trying to find a sauce that tasted like a local restaurant called Mangos or Codys and this was the closest one I have tried. Thank you!

I make the same Pina Colada Dipping Sauce, but do not use the 2Tlbsp. of granulated sugar. I found putting sugar in it made it too sweet.

This was excellent and very easy to make. My family always rates the new dinners I make so that I weed out all of the low scored meals. They gave this a 9.5
