What You'll Need:
- 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney or pinto beans, drained
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
What To Do:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.
