What You'll Need

  • 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach (see note)
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream

What to Do

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until mixture is blended. Stir in spinach. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Raspberry Cream Danish

Thanks to shortcuts like frozen puff pastry, we're able to make jaw-dropping pastries like our Raspberry Cream Danish. These are filled with a homemade cream cheese filling, which makes them extra-special. A raspberry in the center and a sprinkle of powdered sugar are the finishing touches to this bakery-style treat.
