Vegetable Spread Triangles

What You'll Need
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 cucumber, peeled, grated, drained
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 (6-inch) pita breads
What to Do
Preheat broiler. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except pita bread; mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of each pita bread and place on rimmed baking sheets.
Broil sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from broiler and cut each pita into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
