What You'll Need

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared crust and bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Cool, then chill completely before cutting into bars. Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature.
