Nutty Chocolate "Bars"

We've heard these delicious treats taste like candy bars! Our Nutty Chocolate "Bars" are going to be an instant family favorite. You seriously can't go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. 

What You'll Need

  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 11- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together butter, oats, brown sugar, and peanuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes, then spread peanut butter over top.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips 1- to 1-1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over peanut butter and refrigerate 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
