  • 2 cups water
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

What to Do

  1. In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and onions; stir until beef is browned.

  2. Add water, tomatoes, green chilies, ground red pepper, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 1-1/2 hours, or until beef is tender.
