Wonderful dish. The aroma was delightful as well as the taste. I served it with brown rice and sweet peas. My wife considers me a top notch chef. Thanks Mr Food!!!

Followed recipe closely except used an eye round roast I had in the freezer and added one large carrot sliced on the diagonal and one huge onion. Meat came out very tender and nice Italian flavor. Next time I'd wait to add the mushrooms during the last two hours so they are a little firmer.
