When restaurants team seafood and steak, they call it surf and turf. Well, in this recipe I rub seafood seasoning on steak for results that "shore" are unexpectedly tasty!
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
- 2 1/2 pounds flank steak
What to Do
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the seafood seasoning into both sides of the steak. Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side, or until the center is cooked medium-rare to medium.
- Cut the steak on an angle, across the grain.
Do not cook flank steak more than to medium-well done, as it will become very tough. There are loads of brands of seafood seasoning available. Each one is a combination of several seasonings, so this way it's easy to get a great flavor combination with very little work!
