What You'll Need

  • 4 cups chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon chicken mixture into an ungreased 7- x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

  2. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Top with crushed potato chips, and bake 10 more minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.

Sodium and calories can be controlled today.but, how do you get all of that into a 7 x 11 inch pan ?
