Light Lemon Dill Chicken

Is it possible to make fancy sounding Lemon-Dill Chicken with such simple ingredients? Sure is! With our recipe that calls for lemon, dill, garlic and chicken, you can't miss.

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken.

  3. Place the chicken on a rack in a broiler pan; brush with the olive oil mixture and broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn the chicken and broil for 6 to 8 minutes more, or until the chicken is browned and done.
