Light Lemon Dill Chicken

What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken.
- Place the chicken on a rack in a broiler pan; brush with the olive oil mixture and broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn the chicken and broil for 6 to 8 minutes more, or until the chicken is browned and done.
