How now brown cow? We're moo-ving on up with one of our favorite summertime treats: Brown Cow Milk Shake. You remember when Mom and Dad used to let you have chocolate milk at dinner as a treat? Well, this milkshake recipe is sure to take you back to those glory days with a chocolate-y concoction that'll have you begging for more!

What You'll Need

  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup

What to Do

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  2. Serve in tall glasses (with straws, of course).


If you prefer a thinner shake, use an additional 1/2 cup milk.
